How is the display area arranged?
The baseline vendor package provides a single 6-foot draped table. Partners requiring more extensive square footage for equipment may reserve additional contiguous spaces during the initial signup.
When is the payment deadline?
Once you submit your digital registration, a notification will be sent immediately. We require payment upon that confirmation. IAHMR accepts all major corporate credit cards as well as official government checks.
What is the cutoff for sponsorship?
To guarantee your logo and ad are included in the physical program guides, please submit your commitment and high-resolution files 45 days prior to kickoff. We will try to accommodate late requests but cannot ensure print space.
What is the vendor schedule?
Exhibitor set-up begins the day prior to the start of the seminar. Breakdown follows the adjournment of our final session. A complete logistics pack will be emailed to all registered vendors exactly 30 days before the conference.
Are there equipment restrictions?
Participants are encouraged to display banners, samples, and print media. Large-scale vehicles or heavy machinery must be cleared by the IAHMR committee in advance to coordinate specific floor access and meet safety requirements.
